Cottages
Policies
- All visitors must carry an ID proof with the address, foreigner to carry their passport.
- Check-In Time: Guests can check in starting at 10:00 am
- Check-Out Time: Check-out must be completed by 12:00 pm
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Premium Cottages have a maximum occupancy of 2 and Suites have that of 4. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
Direct Booking Policies
- 50% Advance payment at the time of booking
- Full payment before 14 days of arrival.
- Non-payment of the full amount before 14 days of arrival will revoke booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Non-Peak Days:
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Peak Days (Shahi Snan Days):
- Non-Refundable: All bookings made for peak days are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a refund.
